2004 brought a major lifestyle change for us. On July 1st, 2004 we sold our Hilton Head Island home and bought a boat to become fulltime liveaboards. Our new home is a 41’ DeFever trawler we call “Rosetta”. She was purchased in Baltimore where we spent a month outfitting her for our trip south. We took 3 weeks in August to travel back to Hilton Head where we stayed until after the holidays. Our ultimate goal is to do America’s Great Loop.
